Before you buy

Hearing needs vary more than most assistive categories, and a device suited to one degree of loss will not suit another. We recommend an audiologist assessment before purchasing any hearing aid — the audiogram determines the fitting, not the price of the device.

Bone conduction models transmit sound through the skull rather than the ear canal, which suits conductive loss and single-sided deafness where conventional aids do not help.
